Joining Jazz at North Gwinnett is truly something special, where the opportunities are unmatched! Jazz II is going to continue to excel this year!
Audition to be a part of the Saxophone/Trombone/Trumpet & Rhythm Section (Piano/Guitar/Bass/Drums/Vibes/Vocal)
Jazz II Meets on Monday’s from 4:30-6:00PM and will have an altering sectional schedule on Wednesday’s from 2:30-3:45PM with guest clinicians.
First rehearsal will start on 1/6 (Yes, a Wednesday because no school on that Monday)
Following this rehearsal will be a mandatory NG Jazz meeting for Parents and Student starting at 6:15PM!
Jazz II Fee of $200 is due by January 8th. It will be invoiced and added on BoosterHub.
Performance Schedule Currently
April 14, 2027 - Jazz LGPE at Berkmar HS (DURING SCHOOL DAY)
April 24, 2027 - North Gwinnett Jazz Festival (ALL DAY with set up the day before!)
May 3, 2027 - A Night of Jazz at NGHS
More Performances may be added, but will be sent out well in advanced!
Audition Requirements
Audition video is due December 10th by 11:59pm through the Google Form HERE
Results will be available on website by 7:00pm on 12/14.
